When you sing up for a booth, you will be responsible to proved your own table and chairs, back drop and table skirting. Plus any material you wish to offer. Your booth must fit into a 10 X 8 foot space. The designated boot set-up time is Friday, September 20, 2019 from 9:00am to 1:00pm. The swap will designate an area for your booth on a fist come/registration basis. Limited to no more than 10 booths. If you require electricy, there will be a fee (to be determined and paid) to the Reno/Sparks Convention Center directly.
